  归纳支吊架主要用于电厂汽水管道或锅炉设备、在运行中产生热位移及其设备装置上。根据管道受力状况计算确定的绷簧支吊架工作和热位移要求,本厂将绷簧支吊架依照规划荷载进行整定:即绷簧预压并所定冷态荷载方位上;一起标上冷态时的理论理论工作方位。

  绷簧支吊架在出厂前制造厂进行了整定,当安装了高空吊篮和设备上后,作有关螺纹调整,将所定销脱开,这时绷簧的实际承载就是规划所要求的冷态荷载。

  归纳支吊架型号、种类

  1、因为地铁工程地下空间狭小,而所涉及到的机电管线品种繁多,有通风空调、建筑电气、智能建筑、给排水及消防、喷淋、通讯、信号等众多专业的管线。因为管线功用种类多,施工的方法不尽相同,有风管、给水及消防管、高压细水雾管、空调冷水管、高低压电缆桥架、通号线槽、照明、控制、监控等线管;管线自身特点不同,安装的要求不同:如强电与弱电、有压与无压、高压与低压、大管与小管、平行与穿插等,假如不统一布置和提早规划,其各专业管线的抵触将伴随施工的整个进程。

  2、在优化归纳管线时,制定了可供多方遵循的躲避准则:

  1)在归纳支吊架上安装的各专业管线遵守“电上、风中、水下,小管让大管、有压管让无压管、弱电避强电、易弯曲的管线让不易弯曲的管线、不用经常检修的管让需经常检修的管”的总准则,即平行布置管线时电气设备的管线坐落上方,通风空调的风管坐落中间层,一切水管坐落下层。

  2)强电与弱电、高压与低压、强弱电与其它管线间应按各自的标准要求,多走平行方向;平行与穿插应能确保标准要求的小距离进行施工或互谦,如遇有抵触管线时应加保护措施。处理各专业管道的干扰、磕碰问题,协调好风管、水管、电缆桥架、消防、给排水管及通讯、信号桥架等走向抵触矛盾。
